Yesterday I went in due to a bad shuttering issue with my truck. Explained to the guy at the front desk I had the same issue a couple of years ago but it ended up being a miss fire in cylinder #3 which GreatState fixed along with a oil change on my transmission, transfer case and both axles. But I don't think that's the issue here because I can feel as if the transmission is slipping. He then told me its probably my fuel injectors causing it to shake. I then told him I just had my entire fuel rail and injectors replaced less then a year ago and he goes you had ALL the injectors replaced as if he was shocked or something. He then says I should take it back to where I had the work done, plus we don't do mechanic work here. So I replied well alright if you can't help me then Thanks and left...... Fast forward to today. My transmission slipped completely out of drive and didn't catch in any gear. "a cop stopped to direct traffic for me untill I got it towed". Luckily a buddy was in the area. I got it towed to a different transmission shop because the guy at the front desk at GreatState either didn't want the work or didn't want to take the time to help a customer out in finding the iss

I got my 2019 ram 1500 transmission fluid changed in November. I paid 600 dollars to get it done. For that price you think you shouldn't have to check over someone's work. I travel alot for work. Yesterday I had some time off. I went under my truck and see fluid leaking from my transmission drain plug. I called the shop and was told they couldn't do anything about. Last time I take my vehicle to this shop.

First not-great experience with Greatstate. I’ve been a customer a few times with great service on my old truck but this was the first time getting service on my newer truck. I called to setup an appointment and gave the front office my exact vehicle information. I was told it would be 1-hour’s worth of service. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was told by the same person that I talked to the day before that I would be charged 4 hours. He could not care less when I explained my situation. “Take it or leave it” mentality. I’m ok with paying for something when I know upfront, but being told one thing and charging 3 times what I normally pay when I walk in the door is another. To whom it may concern: $658 for a filter and fluid change if you drive a 2021 GMC Sierra.

This place gives top notch service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Honesty and integrity definitely is experienced here. Fast quick service was in and out in less than an hour. Price is very affordable. Will definitely be going back for service on all my vehicles.

We broke our Suburban's transfer case on the beach this year and these guys helped us out at the last minute. No B.S., gave us an exact estimate and the truck was done the next day! Thank you again, we hit the beach again with no problems!!
